As part of “Kunstdage ved Limfjorden”, the three largest towns – Skive, Struer and Nykøbing Mors – are highlighting the event with a variety of special activities and experiences. Here, you can create art yourself and have your artwork appraised completely free of charge.

Have Your Art Appraised by Holstebro Auktioner

Do you have a painting, sculpture, print, or other artwork at home and wonder what it might be worth? During “Kunstdage ved Limfjorden”, you can meet Holstebro Auktioner and receive a professional appraisal of your art.

Holstebro Auktioner is a modern auction house with extensive experience in the appraisal and sale of art, design, antiques, jewellery, and special collector’s items. They help both private individuals and collectors gain insight into the history, quality, and current market value of objects.

The auction house team will be ready for a non-binding conversation about your art. You are welcome to bring the artwork itself, but you can also bring good photos on your phone or iPad.

You may bring the following for appraisal:

• Paintings, drawings, and prints
• Sculptures and arts and crafts
• Ceramics, glass, and design objects
• Photos of larger or fragile works

The better the photos and information you bring, the more accurate the appraisal can be. Please bring photos of the entire work, close-ups of signatures, the back of the artwork, and any labels or markings.

The appraisal is free and without obligation. Stop by for a professional assessment and a good conversation. There may be an exciting story or hidden value in the artwork you have at home.
