Gourmet Stay with Oyster Safari
Donning waders, you embark on a discovery journey into the treasure trove of Limfjord, home to world-class Pacific oysters and blue mussels.
Upon arrival, you'll be equipped with your own bucket and oyster knife, and together you'll head to the fjord to gather oysters and mussels - which you're welcome to take home the next morning.
In addition to the oyster safari itself, you can also look forward to an evening of bubbles, appetizers consisting of your own gathered oysters, and a 5-course gourmet dinner prepared from scratch using the season's finest ingredients.
The stay can be booked from mid/late October to March/April.
