Deep in the forest of Nordmors, close to both Hanklit and Salgjerhøj, lies Bjørneborg – an outdoor centre with a setting that feels almost unreal.

Here you are surrounded by forest, hills and fjord, just a stone's throw from the water, where a bathing jetty provides easy access to the fresh waters of the Limfjord.

It is a place where nature is not simply something you look at – it is something you are part of.

Bjørneborg provides the setting for everything from school trips and summer camps to weddings, birthday celebrations and team-building events. There is plenty of room – literally and figuratively – for communities both large and small.

The centre is owned by KFUM and KFUK and has a proud tradition of creating experiences that stay with guests long after their visit has ended.

Accommodation and facilities

Bjørneborg can accommodate over 90 guests and is equipped with functional and welcoming facilities that make it easy to bring larger groups together.

The dormitories buzz with life, while the leader rooms offer a quieter space for rest and overview.

Outdoor life and activities

Outside, the experience continues. There is space for play, togetherness and adventure in the open air.

The campfire sites bring people together, the sports pitch offers room for activity, and the youngest guests quickly find their way to the swings and sandpit.
