The Panorama Route at Oddesund

The Panorama Route is a temporary experience trail along Oddesund’s west coast, created for those who want to get closer to the area’s history and nature. The route is marked with trail markers at each point of interest, where QR codes unlock additional content – stories, impressions and voices from the past.

As part of the pop-up event, the route offers a special guided experience from 28 August to 13 September, bringing the past to life at each stop. The route begins at the Oddesund Tower and takes you through a landscape that holds far more than meets the eye.

Getting started

The route can be enjoyed on foot or as a run. It’s ideal for an afternoon, an early morning or a full day with plenty of time for breaks and exploration. Along the way, you’ll find trail markers with QR codes – scan them to delve deeper into the stories and atmosphere of each location.

The route is marked with brown trail markers. Bring a smartphone to access the QR codes and digital content. The route is suitable for walking, with easy to moderately challenging terrain.

The Panorama Route is an experience trail along Oddesund’s west coast, created for those who want to get closer to the area’s history and nature.

Experience Days in Oddesund – discover the hidden gems of the Limfjord

Discover Oddesund, one of the Limfjord’s hidden gems. From 29 August to 12 September 2026, Experience Days in Oddesund invites you to enjoy a variety of experiences on land, by the water and out on the fjord.

Here, you can experience the Limfjord up close in a place where wild nature, cultural heritage and authentic harbour life come together. Try activities on the fjord, join a guided tour, delve into the stories of the area, or simply find a quiet spot at Oddesund Harbour and enjoy the view across the Limfjord.

Experience Days in Oddesund also gives you the opportunity to discover the area while new ideas and activities are being tested. So you won’t simply be a visitor – you’ll be among the first to discover what the Oddesund of the future has to offer.
