The Blind Guide to Fur – A Journey Through the Island’s Liquid Treasures

Join us for an enjoyable and flavorful bus tour on Friday, October 10!
We combine local history, unique taste experiences, and a good dose of charm. The tour starts at 2:00 PM at Fur Harbor and ends at the same place at 5:00 PM.

Program:
We begin at Fru Jensen’s, where we enjoy our first tasting: “Molermandens Flaske” – her take on a fine rum.
Along the way, the Blind Guide shares fascinating stories about the places we pass and offers insight into his passion for winemaking. He talks about Fur Vinlaug and the vineyard with 600 vines that he is part of.
We stop at Fur Bryghus to soak in the atmosphere.
Next, we visit Langstedhuller, where Jonas from Langstedgård offers samples of the local Fur Cider.
The tour ends at the Men’s Museum with a tasting of the famous gelændersnaps at Café Herrens Mark.
