Denmark's longest wooden bridge

Welcome to Denmark's longest wooden bridge in Skive, located in a scenic area at the mouth of Skive Fjord.

With its 300 meters, the pedestrian bridge is Denmark's longest wooden bridge, allowing visitors to cross through one of the country's few remaining river deltas where the Skive/Karup River flows into Skive Fjord.

Skive Wooden Bridge is open to pedestrians and cyclists year-round, and admission is free. You can easily reach the bridge from Skive city center by following the signs. There are also parking spaces nearby if you prefer to arrive by car.

There are good parking options at the addresses:

Viborgvej 77C, 7800 Skive and Fjordvej 90, 7800 Skive.
