In the small restaurant of Brænderiet Limfjorden you can also experience both indoor and outdoor dining with the view of the Limfjord. However, it is not a traditional restaurant with a fixed menu, but instead you will be surprised by various local foods served on a tapas plate.
The distillery's plate consists of, among other things, freshly baked bread, homemade gin-butter and cheeses from Thise Dairy. Everything on the plate is homemade and based on the ingredients from local producers, with whom Brænderiet Limfjorden has a close collaboration.
Brænderiet Limfjorden's restaurant is open every day during the summer season from week 27 to week 32 inclusive from 10:00 – 20:00 (kitchen closes at 19:30).
