Ferry Hvalpsund - Sundsøre

The Hvalpsund-Sundsøre Ferry connects Vesthimmerland and Salling.
The crossing will give you a small breather on your trip. There is a big chance you might spot seals relaxing on a tongue in the water. The ferry had its first engine in 1927, but the route has been used since the 16th century. Previously they would use rowboats to sail across. The sail lasts around 10 minutes and tickets can be bought onboard.
